These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that govern your use of Mania services. They set out the relationship between us and registered users, and the general rules for account use, deposits, withdrawals, promotions and dispute handling. By registering or using our platform you accept these terms, any account-specific rules and any additional promotional terms published on the site.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Keep login details secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We allow one account per person, household or device unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may suspend or close accounts that appear to be duplicated, involved in collusion, fraud, chargebacks or other breaches of these terms.

Verification

We require identity and payment verification (KYC) prior to certain transactions, including withdrawals. You agree to provide valid identification, proof of address and any documentation reasonably requested. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent withdrawals and may lead to account restrictions.

Eligibility requirements

To register you must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years and comply with any local laws that apply to you. You must not create an account if gambling is illegal where you reside. We may deny registration or block access based on geographic restrictions or risk checks.

Acceptable platform use

Use our services only for lawful personal gambling. Prohibited activities include money laundering, using stolen or fraudulent payment instruments, automated play that breaches game rules, and any activity intended to exploit system vulnerabilities. We reserve the right to investigate suspicious behaviour and to freeze funds while an investigation is ongoing.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to specific campaign terms in addition to these general rules. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements, commonly set at 35x unless otherwise stated, and certain games may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering. A maximum bet cap often applies while wagering with bonus funds – please check the relevant promotion for exact limits. We may cancel or reclaim bonuses where abuse or manipulation is detected.

Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit requirements apply and are stated in the cashier - a common minimum is €20. Deposits are usually processed instantly, though network or provider fees may apply. Withdrawals are subject to verification and may be processed faster for e-wallets and cryptocurrencies; card and bank transfers can take several business days depending on the provider. We may apply withdrawal limits and caps as reflected in your account; higher limits may be available to approved customers. We do not guarantee processing times where third-party providers are involved.

Dispute resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support channels, both parties may seek independent alternative dispute resolution or other remedies available to them. Use of any dispute mechanism is without prejudice to our right to enforce these terms.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site and may be notified to you via your account. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the updated terms you should stop using the service and close your account.
